Terms of Service
Transparent agreements for high-growth solar companies. No hidden clauses.
1. Platform License
Spark Solar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our web architecture, CRM tools, and calculator widgets for your business operations. This license is valid as long as your subscription remains active.
- You retain full rights to your brand assets and customer data.
- The underlying code architecture remains intellectual property of Spark Solar.
2. Performance & Payments
Our pricing model includes a base platform fee and a performance fee per verified lead.
Platform fees are billed monthly in advance. Performance fees are billed weekly in arrears based on the volume of verified leads generated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Data export services are provided free of charge upon cancellation.
3. Liability & SLA
We commit to a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all Enterprise and Velocity plans. Spark Solar is not liable for lost revenue due to third-party outages (e.g., AWS, utility API downtimes) beyond our reasonable control.
