We believe your lead data is your intellectual property. We do not sell, share, or aggregate your customer information.
1. Data Ownership
Unlike other solar platforms or lead aggregators, Spark Solar does not claim ownership of the leads you generate. Any data captured through your Spark Website, Calculator, or CRM bridge belongs exclusively to you. We act solely as the data processor; you are the data controller.
2. Security Infrastructure
We utilize enterprise-grade encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and data at rest (AES-256). Your customer's sensitive information (utility bills, credit scores, contact info) is stored in isolated containers within our secure cloud infrastructure.
3. Data Usage
We use anonymized usage data solely to improve the performance of the Spark Platform (e.g., optimizing load times or calculator accuracy). We never access your specific customer records for marketing purposes or competitive analysis.
